Approach
We partnered with Samsung's European mobile leadership team to analyse consumer insights and create key messaging frameworks. Using these, we wrote advertising copy and point of sale materials and developed scripts for retail partners, focusing on benefits rather than tech specs. This approach helped drive a fivefold increase in sales during the opening weekend compared to the previous launch.
